• Promotion of patient independence through targeted mobilization and activation measures
• Documentation and evaluation of nursing interventions to ensure treatment quality
• Close collaboration with doctors, therapists, and nursing professionals to provide the best possible care for patients

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Sense of responsibility, empathy, and enjoyment of working with patients
• Resilience and team skills in a dynamic work environment
• Very good German language skills in word and writing
