You maintain your network, constantly establish new contacts and consistently stay on the ball. You conduct job interviews with craftspeople - build relationships and inspire with your manner. Social Media is part of it for you - you also like to stand in front of the camera yourself. And when it comes to administration, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background.
