Plastic Technologist Injection Moulding (m/f/d) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU Setting up, starting and monitoring injection moulding machines and downstream equipment Developing economical manufacturing processes and continuously optimizing them according to regulations Ensuring manufacturing orders while complying with quality, deadlines and costs Seamlessly ensuring maintenance and servicing of all production equipment Keeping an eye on costs and services and controlling them in a targeted manner Actively participating in the planning of investments and investment requests Carrying out sampling, technically accompanying and documenting seamlessly Technically assessing injection moulding tool designs and injection moulding machines Independently carrying out order-related analyses and technical clarifications Consistently enforcing internal company regulations and legal requirements WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING Completed apprenticeship as a Plastic Technologist EFZ with a focus on injection moulding Several years of practice in an industrial production plant Additional technical qualifications are a clear plus High technical affinity paired with strong commitment Confident handling of mechanical measuring tools as well as IT user knowledge Experience with Lean Management and SAP is an advantage Very good German (spoken/written) as well as advantageous English skills WHAT WE OFFER YOU 40-hour week (plus 1 hr early start time for bridge days) 5 - 6 weeks of vacation depending on age In case of illness 100% continued payment of wages up to 730 days Industry-standard salary (annual external salary comparison according to function and age) Promotion of demand-oriented further training CONTACT DETAILS Responsible contact person: Badertscher For questions regarding your application, please use the contact form.
