As a regional competence center, it combines inpatient care, assisted living, and outpatient services under one roof and ensures needs-based healthcare in the municipalities of Weggis, Vitznau, and Greppen. Your tasks

• Independent management and collaboration in financial accounting
• Recording and reconciliation of bank accounts as well as management of cash registers
• Recording and preparation of payment orders
• Reconciliation and control of various accounts
• Collaboration on monthly and annual closings
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation and management of further training agreements
• Assumption of other versatile tasks in finance and accounting
• Depending on experience, interest, and suitability, there is also the possibility to take over part of the personnel administration

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Experience as a finance clerk as well as corresponding further training in finance and accounting are mandatory
• Very good IT user knowledge
• Joy in dealing with numbers and a careful, exact way of working
• Good organizational skills and team player
• Sense of responsibility and discretion
