Automation Technician as Team Leader (d/w/m) Workload: 100% Work location: Biel Your tasks * You are responsible for the technical and personnel leadership of the electrical cabinet assembly team with around 10 employees, including their further development and know-how security * You ensure a high quality standard in assembly and guarantee the implementation of safety regulations * You take responsibility for the coordination of assembly orders after planning has been completed and ensure the delivery dates and assembly costs * You actively help in day-to-day business and work closely on projects for the further development of the department with Your profile * You have completed a technical basic training as an automation technician or similar and have ideally successfully completed further leadership training * It is an advantage if you already have experience in mechanical engineering * You are a solution-oriented, assertive and communicative personality and enjoy facing new challenges * Good user knowledge in Excel SAP is desirable * You communicate very well in German, English skills are an advantage MIKRON MILL is one of the world's experts for vertical milling and the inventor of high-speed milling.
