Our site in Sisseln is a competence center for complex and innovative solids. Area of responsibility Independent execution of technical experiments as well as production of test mixtures and GMP-compliant batches for clinical studies and approval projects. Collaboration in the execution of process validations, scale-up activities and production of test and validation batches. Operation, setup, conversion and monitoring of production facilities as well as in-process control (IPC) devices in the pilot plant while complying with GMP and safety regulations. Recording, maintenance and adaptation of manufacturing instructions in the ERP system according to specified specifications and release processes. Sampling, labeling, management and archiving of reserve samples from test, validation and GMP batches while complying with applicable GMP requirements. Creation, revision and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), manufacturing instructions and other production-specific documentation. Ensuring complete and GMP-compliant documentation of all production and test steps. Collaboration with the team of Analytical Development Your profile Completed training as a chemist or pharmacist with analytical experience Several years of GMP experience Enjoyment of practical work (experimentation) In-depth IT knowledge (MS Office) Good German and English skills in writing and speaking Proactive, willing to learn, resilient and independent way of working Willingness to work night shifts for one week during certain project phases (approx. 1-3 times a year) Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a competitive environment?
