Responsibilities

• Prepare and create sushi, sashimi and other Japanese dishes according to the company's quality and presentation standards.
• Supervise and train the kitchen team to ensure perfect execution of dishes.
• Manage stocks and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative dishes and menus.
