In order to complete its team, the Service de l'action sociale et de la jeunesse of the Commune de Plan-les-Ouates is looking for the future person who will occupy the position of Delegate for Subsidies and Municipal Associations (M/F)Position at 80% - Class 12Your mission: * Analyze, prepare, and ensure the follow-up of the allocation of social subsidies and international solidarity; * Perform the strategic, administrative, and financial follow-up of the files of the municipal associations attached to the service; * Participate in the development of the service's subsidization policy and implement it; * Meet and exchange with subsidized entities and associative partners, notably municipal, and provide them with advice and support; * Organize meetings and projects federating the municipal associative fabric; * Work with municipal associations on specific projects; * Participate in the financial follow-up (imputation of invoices and budget entry) of the Service as well as in the development and proper maintenance of the service budget. Your profile: * Have the benefit of a university education in social sciences or a training deemed equivalent; * Benefit from 5 years of experience in an associative entity linked to social themes or international solidarity; * Have an excellent knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary associative networks and international solidarity; * Have decision-making capacities, be a source of proposals, and demonstrate autonomy; * Possess an excellent command of French and good writing skills; * Have skills in budget follow-up and associative accounting; * Have good knowledge of the functioning of Geneva communes and political institutions; * Master IT tools as well as the statistical calculation functionalities of a spreadsheet.
