Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Independently conduct, in German and French, criminal proceedings for violations of the gambling law -- whether routine cases or large-scale complex proceedings. • Assume responsibility for criminal investigations conducted in application of administrative criminal law, from their opening to their closure, ordering, organizing and directing coercive measures, in particular searches, in close collaboration with the police. • Clarify facts in a targeted and efficient manner, collect and analyze evidence in a structured way, notably preparing and conducting hearings. • Draft and issue criminal orders and decisions accurately, and contribute to the execution of final decisions. • Represent the CFMJ with conviction in German and French in proceedings before all judicial authorities <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in law • Several years of experience in criminal law and a passion for criminal prosecution • Ability to quickly grasp complex situations, to analyze them in a structured manner and to evaluate them accurately from a legal perspective • Excellent writing skills and a solution-oriented approach • Ability to work in a team while demonstrating high autonomy, confidence and a strong sense of responsibility • Very good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words You conduct complex criminal proceedings demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and you defend them up to the last judicial instance.
