As part of the replacement of the R&D Manager, we are looking for an experienced professional capable of defining and driving the company's innovation strategy activities. By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success: • Define and carry the innovation strategy as well as the R&D roadmap, in connection with management and product management • Drive the development of new machines, peripherals, processes and innovative digital solutions • Supervise the entire product lifecycle: development, continuous improvement, reliability and technological evolutions • Manage specific customer adaptations and developments, guaranteeing technical feasibility, quality and respect for deadlines • Supervise and coordinate technical teams (Mechanical Technical Office, Electrical, Software and Technology) Your expertise: • Engineering degree (mechanical, electrotechnical, automation or equivalent) • Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D, product development or industrial innovation • Solid experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams • Expertise in managing complex projects and driving R&D portfolios • Good understanding of industrial environments and industrialization processes • Very good level of French and English (German is an asset) • Leadership, ability to unite teams • Strategic vision and sense of innovation
