Head of Assembly & Scheduling Natural Stone (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You will take over the management and coordination of our assembly department and, through thoughtful deployment planning, ensure that our teams work exactly where they have the greatest impact
• You ensure that our projects are implemented smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest quality level, from exclusive kitchen and bathroom solutions to demanding wall and floor concepts in indoor and outdoor areas
• Through your organizational talent, you will manage deadlines and resources confidently and work closely networked with production, project management, and sales
• You will maintain an overview of costs, time, and quality and ensure that our projects are not just completed, but implemented excellently
• You will drive the continuous further development and optimization of our assembly processes – with the goal of increasing efficiency and inspiring customer experiences
• You will take responsibility in complaint management and quality assurance and ensure that our high standards are also lived on the construction site
• As a central interface, you are the connecting hub between customers, internal teams, and external partners

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in the field of natural stone, carpentry, or tiler craft, ideally with further training in construction management, project management, or scheduling
• Ambitious, dynamic personality who wants to take the next career step and actively assume leadership responsibility and is characterized by strong organizational and communication talent as well as a solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of digital tools and ERP systems
• Resilience, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
