In addition, we manage newly constructed residential property as well as our own rental properties. Real Estate Manager/Team Leader (80–100 %)

Your tasks:

? Management of our own rental properties (apartments).
? Management of condominium ownership.
? Leading a 3-person team.

Your profile:

? Completed training in real estate management.
? Goal-oriented with assertiveness.
? Economic and sustainable way of working with an eye for the essentials.
? Excellent manners and a genuine sense for people.
? Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and contributing actively.
