What you move * Together with the co-school leadership, you are responsible for the operative and pedagogical leadership of the Tscharnergut school location * You take over the personnel leadership of part of the total 90 employees with 24 classes, 3 intensive courses and around 420 students; proposals for distribution exist * In the areas of organization, administration, and information work, you set priorities together in division of tasks and responsibility * Active participation in pedagogical questions and the management of challenging situations * Close cooperation in the management team of the school location, various specialists at the school, with various departments of the city administration, the school commissions and cantonal authorities What you bring * Pedagogical or educational science training as well as further training (CAS, MAS) in school leadership or willingness to complete these * Teaching experience and/or school leadership experience, ideally in Cycle 1/Besondere Volksschulklassen Bern (BVSK).
