Our Meta campaigns are running profitably; you take them over and make them better. This is what you do with us – Run Meta campaigns completely independently: set up, launch, optimize, evaluate – including the advertising materials for this purpose – Produce and edit video content: Instagram Reels, podcast clips, customer testimonials – Maintain our channels: Instagram and LinkedIn – from idea to publication – Podcast post-production: editing, publishing, utilizing in clips – Maintain and further develop landing pages and website content – Help shape marketing automation – we work intensively with AI tools (Claude) and modern workflows This is what you bring – You have already launched and optimized Meta Ads yourself – in a job or for your own projects, as long as you know the Ads Manager from practical experience (must-criterion) – Secure video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci) and an eye for content that works on social media – Experience with Instagram, Meta and LinkedIn – Very good German – you write texts that sound like spoken language, not like advertising – Independent, pragmatic way of working: you finish things instead of planning them perfectly – Plus points (not a must): Webflow, Make/Zapier, Airtable, podcast post-production, Google Ads This is what we offer you – 80% workload with flexible design – finishing work is a program for us, not a cliché – Full responsibility instead of supporting work: you take over the complete marketing of a growing company – Most modern tools and AI workflows – you work the way marketing functions in 2026 – Direct collaboration with the owner, decisions in minutes instead of meetings – Fair salary based on experience, workplace in Biberist SO (easily accessible from Solothurn) How to apply No motivation letter needed.
