In this context, the Service du territoire is looking for a: Project Manager for building permits at 80% Your main missions Management of files related to building permit applications from the preliminary design to the occupancy permit, including site inspections. Active coordination with the involved municipal services and transversality between themes. Guaranteeing the implementation of quality projects within the municipality. Your profile University or HES degree in the field of architecture or building engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in one of the aforementioned fields. Experience in site monitoring and control. Experience in the granting of building permits. Very good writing skills. Very good mastery of IT tools (Office) and (Autocad, Système d'information du territoire - SIT). Start date: 1st October 2026 or to be agreed.
