Your missions ##

• As HR Operations Administrator, you ensure the execution and monitoring of HR administrative and operational processes,
• You are a point of contact for employees and managers on issues related to operations,
• You guarantee the quality as well as the proper execution of departmental processes,
• You ensure the administrative monitoring of various events related to the employee life cycle,
• You contribute to the continuous improvement, to projects and to the digitalization of HR processes and operations,
• You collaborate with internal and external partners in order to offer a quality, reliable and customer-oriented service.

Your profile ##

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training,
• You benefit from the HR manager certificate. The federal diploma of HR specialist or in social insurance is an asset,
• You speak French and English fluently and have good knowledge of German,
• You master the MS Office suite and have advanced knowledge of an ERP,
• You are an organized, rigorous person capable of working autonomously,
• Your personality stands out through your sense of service and your customer orientation.
