Your tasks

• You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the school complex and external locations, as well as the personnel and technical leadership of the cleaning staff (currently 5 employees)
• You carry out minor repair work independently.
• You organize and assist with building cleaning.
• You are the contact and coordination point for usage concerns in the properties of your own area
• You actively participate in budgeting and are responsible for budget control in your own specialist area.
• Topic-related collaboration on conversions and new constructions, renovations, procurements
• You are the contact person for safety matters (fire protection, EKAS)

Your profile

• You have a basic vocational training (EFZ) and a qualification as a Facility Manager with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education.
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience as a Facility Manager.
• You possess good user knowledge in MS-Office.
• You are a winning, team-oriented, and service-oriented personality with high social competence and assertiveness.

Work locations are the school buildings Utenberg and Unterlöchli

The approximately 200 employees of the Immobilien department develop, design, build, manage, maintain, and operate about 600 municipal properties. With school and sports facilities, residential and commercial buildings, as well as the Rat- und Stadthaus, the department makes an important contribution to a livable city.
