The position is initially limited to 3 months and offers the opportunity for long-term employment if suitable. Tasks ### • Comprehensive support of the Employee Lifecycle from entry to exit • Creation of employment contracts, employment certificates and other HR documents • Advice and support for employees and managers on administrative HR topics • Coordination of on- and offboarding as well as support in recruiting • Processing of social insurance, withholding tax and work permit issues • Participation in HR projects as well as the further development and optimization of HR processes • Ensuring high data quality as well as support in HR reporting, audits and compliance Must Haves ### • Commercial training with further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate) • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources in an international environment • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance • Experience with withholding tax, work permits and international employees • Independent, structured and service-oriented work • High discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility • Very good German and good English language skills • Good MS-Office skills; experience with Abacus HR is an advantage • Have we sparked your interest?
