Job Description ##

Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Advise internal teams on issues of commercial, contractual, competition, and distribution law, both in Switzerland and internationally.
• Draft, negotiate, and monitor a wide range of commercial contracts (distribution, services, marketing, sponsoring, partnerships, leases, etc.).
• Support the Group's strategic and cross-functional projects, as well as the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the management of sensitive situations, pre-litigation, and litigation, in coordination with external counsel.
• Contribute to the development of the internal compliance framework: policies, procedures, training, and legal monitoring.

The Successful Applicant ##

Your profile is as follows:

• Swiss bar admission.
• Excellent command of French and English; good command of German desired.
• Excellent communication skills and advisory mindset.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented spirit.
• Great rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational capacity and ability to manage several subjects simultaneously.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and ease in an international and multicultural environment.
