Your main tasks ###

• Responsibility for the technical supervision of the employees in the team
• Planning, organization, implementation and documentation of verifications and general tests
• Evaluation of performed verifications and tests as well as definition and coordination of the necessary optimizations
• Supporting the introduction of the products into production
• Planning and carrying out the Product Development work in customer projects according to internal specifications and the current state of the art
• Support of the Product Development area for the project in the department
• Creation of technical documents during the development process according to internal specifications
• Distribution of work among the employees in the Product Development project teams according to specifications
• Technical supervision of the Product Development project team

Your profile ###

• Basic training with a technical and scientific background
• Degree HF, FH or university
• At least 3 years of professional experience in precision mechanics or plastics technology
• Several years of experience in planning and organization of projects
• Experience in creating technical documents
• Practical experience
• Professional solution competence
• Very good German and English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
