Your area of responsibility

In this role, Griesser offers you a varied and responsible activity with a large margin of maneuver and much autonomy. Rather than constantly changing construction sites, you take charge of a production and infrastructure site in a long-term and sustainable manner. You work in a diverse technical environment, composed of production installations, building infrastructures, energy supply, photovoltaic installations, electric vehicle charging infrastructures, and building management systems.

You benefit from regular working hours, a motivated and helpful team, as well as the possibility to continuously develop your skills and to contribute actively to the operational safety, the availability of installations, and the energy efficiency of our company.

• Carrying out periodic checks and inspections of electrical installations
• Maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning work of electrical installations
• Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly checks
• Autonomous analysis and resolution of faults on installations and infrastructures
• Monitoring electrical safety at work within the company as well as guaranteeing recall instructions for employees
• Management and monitoring of the company's photovoltaic installation (PVA)
• Management and guarantee of the availability of charging stations for electric vehicles
• Operation, monitoring, and development of the building management system
• Participation in the development and implementation of energy efficiency and energy saving measures
• On-call service in level 2 support for fault resolution (max. travel time 30 minutes)
• Co-management of the spare parts stock

What you bring

• Completed professional training as an electrical installer CFC, assembly electrician CFC or equivalent training
• NIV 13 operations electrician authorization or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in industrial maintenance of production and manufacturing installations is an advantage
• Responsible and reliable personality with entrepreneurial and connected thinking and action
• Capacity for open and level-appropriate communication in German
• Team-oriented, flexible, and solution-focused way of working
• Interest in new technologies as well as pleasure in technical innovation
