Employee Communication & Events Specialist (m/f/d)

EMS has 25 production sites in 16 countries, employs around 3,000 people worldwide and, with around 140 apprentices, is the largest vocational trainer in the canton and recipient of the National Education Prize. EMS-SERVICES is responsible for the operation of the industrial site with other settled companies and provides its services in the areas of engineering, energy supply, maintenance, logistics, real estate, information technology, human resources management, accounting and controlling, as well as environmental protection and safety. ###

What awaits you

• Responsibility for the conception, creation and publication of our employee magazine
• Writing and preparing editorial content, such as press releases, news reports and other communication contributions
• Contact person for the area of sponsoring, including coordination and implementation of corresponding activities
• Active participation in trade fairs, events and company functions
• Support in the training and supervision of our Mediamatik apprentices

What you bring with you

• Training or initial professional experience in the fields of editorial, journalism, communication or a comparable environment
• Joy in writing and preparing editorial content as well as a pronounced sense for language, style and storytelling
• Careful, flexible and team-oriented personality with a good eye for detail
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
• Good user knowledge of common Office and Adobe programs
• Basic technical understanding in the web/internet area is an advantage
