The position * You manage architecture projects independently, coordinate the participants throughout the relevant project phases, and keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and project goals * You bring together clients, specialist planners, construction managers, and other project participants and drive important decisions forward * You assess concepts, constructions, and planning solutions with a practical eye and contribute your own professional impulses * You provide technical guidance to junior architects and drafters and support them with demanding questions in everyday project work * As deputy branch manager, you support organizational topics, lead internal meetings, and gradually take on additional shared responsibility Your new employer * An established, owner-managed architecture firm plans and realizes diverse building construction projects for private, public, and institutional clients * The regionally anchored branch in the Spiez area works with a manageable team and accompanies its projects in close exchange with the clients * Central areas such as administration, finance, HR, and IT support the branch and create freedom for project work * Modern infrastructure and an open attitude towards new technical applications enable contemporary project processing Your profile * You studied architecture at a FH or ETH or have a comparable higher education and several years of experience in leading architecture projects * You know planning, construction, and realization from your own practice and want to remain close to the project as a general project manager * If you have gained your professional experience outside of Switzerland, you bring the willingness to quickly and specifically familiarize yourself with Swiss standards, permit procedures, and processes * You communicate very confidently in German and are ready to quickly familiarize yourself with the local colloquial and technical language * You work routinely with CAD and naturally use digital tools; knowledge of ArchiCAD, Messerli, or visualization programs is an advantage Your opportunities * The focus of your function remains project management.
