Member of the Board of Directors

We are looking for a personality who will specifically complement the existing Board of Directors. In particular, competencies in the areas of organizational development, Human Resources, transformation, and digitalization are in the foreground. Due to their professional career and track record, the sought-after personality ideally brings the following competencies and experiences:

• Sound experience in organizational development and strategic transformation
• Pronounced understanding of HR, leadership, and personnel strategic issues
• Experience in the further development of organizations, leadership structures, and management teams
• Leadership experience in a larger, personnel-intensive organization or a corresponding business unit
• Understanding of the special requirements of an organization with a high proportion of operationally active employees
• Experience in designing and accompanying demanding change processes
• Good understanding of digitalization and its effects on organization, processes, leadership, and cooperation
• Board of Directors experience is desirable
• Personality traits such as integrity, commitment, independence, reliability, entrepreneurial thinking, as well as high social competence
• Temporal flexibility and availability of around 8–10 days per year including preparation and follow-up
