Construction Manager Building Construction 100 Percent
For our client, we are looking for an experienced construction manager for building construction, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will take responsibility for the organizational and technical implementation of demanding building construction projects and accompany them from preparation to successful handover.

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of building construction projects
• Organization and monitoring of construction site processes
• Coordination of tradespeople, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist planners
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
• Control of the performed work and ensuring flawless execution
• Checking of measurements, time sheets, invoices, and supplements
• Participation in construction meetings and coordination with clients, architects, and authorities
• Carrying out acceptances and organization of defect rectification
• Support in work preparation and with technical solutions

Your profile

• Completed training in construction, ideally as a mason, draftsman, or comparable training
• Further training as a certified foreman, technician HF, or construction manager is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in building construction and in construction management
• Good knowledge of construction processes, measurement, and schedule planning
• Responsible, structured, and independent way of working
• Organizational talent as well as good communication and leadership skills
• Confident appearance towards clients, contractors, and planners
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
