Job Description ## Join PHYSIOR, a multidisciplinary center with two sites in Lausanne and Morges, in the immediate vicinity of public transport. Our team of 6 physiotherapists takes care of a varied and loyal patient base, in the following areas: orthopedic, traumatological, rheumatological, sports, neurological, pediatric physiotherapy, global postural rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, as well as perineal and pelvic physiotherapy. Job conditions • Permanent contract, 80 to 100 % • Start date: to be agreed • Attractive salary conditions, according to experience and qualifications What we offer • Fixed and varied patient base, referred by our medical partners • Complete technical platform: latest generation equipment, spacious rehabilitation rooms, individual cubicles • Daytime hours, generally between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, with possible flexibility • No consultations on Saturday or Sunday in the clinic; occasional participation in sporting events possible on a voluntary basis and remunerated additionally • Continuing education budget: minimum CHF 1'000 per year and 5 paid days for training • Possibility to evolve towards a clinical specialist or management role • Collaborative team culture: internal mentoring, regular clinical exchanges, team moments Your missions • Clinical evaluation and therapeutic care adapted to each patient • Development and monitoring of personalized rehabilitation programs • Collaboration with partner doctors, occupational therapists, and physical trainers • Participation in team decisions and clinic life Profile sought • Swiss diploma in physiotherapy or full Red Cross recognition (a preliminary notice of recognition is not sufficient) • Professional experience in physiotherapy desired • Good knowledge of French; other languages an asset • Interest in continuing education and teamwork • Interpersonal skills and a taste for interdisciplinary collaboration Application Send your CV and cover letter to info@centres-physior.ch.
