Your tasks

• Individual accompaniment of clients within the framework of an interdisciplinary specialist and care team
• Support and promotion in everyday coexistence
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual support and development goals
• Accompanying clients in everyday life, household, and leisure time
• Promotion of independence, personal responsibility, and everyday competencies
• Design and moderation of group offers and joint activities
• Occasional evening and weekend shifts for leisure accompaniment and activities
• Crisis intervention and situation-appropriate handling of challenging situations
• Maintaining the necessary progress and client documentation
• Further development of our social pedagogical offers and processes
• Taking on on-call services

What you bring with you

• Completed training in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
• Experience in working with people with an addiction disorder is an advantage
• Interest in addiction therapeutic and social pedagogical issues
• Appreciative, resource-oriented, and at the same time clear attitude
• Enjoyment of relationship work and of accompanying people in processes of change
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Resilience and professional handling of crises and challenging situations
• Readiness to take responsibility in the team and to contribute actively
• Good written and oral German skills
• Driver's license Cat. B

About us

Die casa fidelio is an addiction therapeutic facility for men. We accompany adult men with an addiction disorder after withdrawal on their way to an independent and as addiction-free life as possible.

At the center of our work are the stabilization, the personal development, as well as the social and professional integration of our clients. In doing so, we combine therapeutic, social pedagogical, and agogic support with everyday-oriented accompaniment and realistic work trials.

Our goal is to develop sustainable perspectives for the time after therapy together with the clients - whether in relation to housing, work, social relationships, or the design of one's own everyday life.
