Project Manager

As part of a permanent position at 100%, and to take responsibility for a new project, we are looking for one of our clients in the canton of Vaud for a: Project Manager

Project Manager

• Trained as a Civil/Building Engineer or Architect (HES - EPFL)
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general/total contracting company in Swiss territory applied to similar projects.
• You are versatile and proactive
• You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your clients and collaborators
• Having good interpersonal skills, you know how to advise and accompany clients in the construction process
• You have good knowledge of SIA and AEAI standards and occupational safety regulations. Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL?) is also desired
• You master office, design, price study, and planning software (Messerli, Ms project, Autocad...)
• Leading teams of consultants from the preliminary design phase to the building permit, in close relationship with the MO
• Preparation of calls for tender
• Negotiations with companies
• Coordinating the various project partners
• Managing relations with authorities and the MO
• Ensuring the economic and financial monitoring of your project, respect for deadlines and cost optimization
• Leading a team of 1 or more site managers depending on the size of the project
• Guarantor of the safety and environment of the project
• Handing over the works until the lifting of reservations
