In order to strengthen the Merchandising team in the Suisse Romande region, Swatch is currently recruiting a MERCHANDISER SWISS MARKET 100% As a Merchandiser, you are responsible for the decoration of Swatch stores in Suisse romande. In this role, which is key to the brand image, you ensure the attractive appearance of the stores and apply the Visual Merchandising decoration guidelines. Job description ## • Global responsibility for Visual Merchandising for Swatch and Flik Flak in Suisse romande, Valais, Jura and Bernese Region, including the implementation of guidelines and compliance with the brand image • Installation of attractive window displays and impactful scenographies to reinforce visual impact and capture customers' attention • Regular visits to points of sale according to commercial priorities, with control of the assortment and decoration material • Product implantation and application of merchandising plans within the sales areas, ensuring a consistent and high-quality presentation • Optimization of the customer journey and adaptation of sales spaces according to new products, stock rotations and commercial objectives • Monitoring and performance analysis: tracking of key indicators (sales, conversion rate) and observation of market and competition trends • Training, motivation and support of sales teams to ensure optimal setup of collections and impeccable maintenance of the display • Proposal of new locations or activation ideas to dynamize promotions and improve visibility in store • Support during events and promotions: preparation, installation and coordination of special decorations or VM projects • Administrative management including weekly planning, tracking of expenses and coordination of field interventions Profile ## • Creativity and aesthetic sense: excellent mastery of space, volumes, colors and light • Technical and manual skills: ease in manipulating tools and carrying out visual installations • Rigor and organization: simultaneous management of several projects and strict respect for schedules related to new collections • Interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with store managers and to unite teams around a visual project • Open and communicative personality, with an enthusiastic and solution-oriented attitude • Proactive and entrepreneurial behavior: taking initiative and constant search for improvements • Ability to assert oneself and ensure presentation standards are respected • Autonomous work and sense of responsibility in field missions • Availability to travel, including for overnight stays away from home • Organizational talent and effective management of priorities • Flexibility and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances • Resistance to stress in a dynamic and demanding environment • Experience in sales considered an asset Professional requirements ## • Mastery of MS Office tools for planning, reporting and internal communication Languages ## Ideally, you reside in Suisse romande and speak French fluently.
