Technical Clerk (Crane)
Your mission:
Support and consultation of existing customers as well as maintenance of long-term customer relationships in the field of construction & cranes
Creation, calculation, and follow-up of offers until completion
Processing and coordination of customer orders including schedule and delivery monitoring in the ERP system
Close cooperation with the field service to implement sales strategies and identify sales opportunities
Maintenance of customer and master data as well as documentation in the CRM/ERP system
Processing of complaints as well as coordination with internal departments and international suppliers including technical support in the entire product range
What you bring with you:
Completed commercial training or corresponding further education
Several years of professional experience in the field of construction & cranes
Experience in project business as well as in the field of capital goods is an advantage
Willingness for technical further development in the entire product range
Very good German skills in spoken and written language, knowledge of French is an advantage
