At the same time, you contribute your own impulses and actively help shape the further development of reporting, BI, and digitalization. • You create budgets, forecasts, management reports, calculations, and support the business as a sparring partner
• You are responsible for, among other things, marketing and sales controlling and provide decision-relevant analyses and key figures
• You continuously develop our reporting and BI solutions
• You participate in exciting projects and actively help shape digitalization initiatives
• You analyze processes along the value chain and identify optimization potential
• Further education in finance and accounting or controlling (FA, HF, or FH)
• Several years of experience as a controller in a manufacturing company
• Experience in marketing and/or sales controlling
• Strong analytical skills as well as experience with data analysis and BI tools
• Very good knowledge of Excel, SAP S/4HANA, and Power BI
• Consulting competence, persuasiveness, and enjoyment in driving changes forward
