What the company offers • Versatile permanent employment with a workload of 100 percent • Family-run company with flat hierarchies • Short and uncomplicated decision-making paths • Young, motivated, and collegial team • Modern CNC machines and contemporary manufacturing technologies • Market-based and performance-oriented remuneration • Varied tasks with high personal responsibility • Possibility to actively help shape manufacturing processes • Long-term perspective in an established Swiss company • Free parking at the place of work • Place of work in Uster Our customer requests • Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker:in EFZ or Produktionsmechaniker:in EFZ • Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing • Experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC turning machines • Knowledge of Heidenhain or Fanuc controls • Confident reading and implementing technical drawings • Strong quality and precision awareness • Independent, reliable, and efficient way of working • Readiness to work in two-shift operation with early and late shifts • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Experience in five-axis CNC milling is an advantage • Knowledge in CAD/CAM, ideally with Open Mind, is an advantage • Technical understanding and enjoyment in the optimization of manufacturing processes • Team player and committed personality What awaits you • You independently set up CNC turning machines with up to six axes • You program and operate modern CNC machines • You manufacture high-quality precision parts according to technical drawings • You monitor the ongoing manufacturing process • You check the manufactured workpieces with suitable testing and measuring tools • You ensure that quality specifications and tolerances are consistently maintained • You analyze deviations and initiate suitable corrective measures • You produce fixtures for internal use in manufacturing • You optimize programs, machining strategies, and machine run times • You participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes • You support the further development of efficient workflows • You document relevant production and quality data • You maintain the machines and work equipment used • You work closely with the specialists from production and quality assurance • You actively contribute your experience and suggestions for improvement to the team
