Job description

• Manage and be the main actor in several industrialization projects, from a technical and administrative point of view:
• In the study phase: searching for solutions, field experimental plans, writing test reports, writing specifications, calls for tender, comparisons, choice of technical solutions, administrative assembly of investment files.
• In the realization phase: monitoring manufacturing at suppliers, machine testing and adjustments, training and transfer to production.
• Research and development of innovative and industrializable manufacturing processes for the manufacture of hard material components.
• Be the guarantor of the technical stability and reliability of the equipment and processes put in place.
• Support for production in terms of problem solving and continuous improvement.

Profile

• You hold a degree <<Ingénieur HES>> or <<Technicien ET>>.
• You are multidisciplinary and experienced: mechanics, automation, processes, strongly interested in both automation and processes specific to hard materials.
• You have experience in monitoring industrial projects (automation + manufacturing processes).
• You master common IT tools and are a native French speaker, as well as having good knowledge of English and German.
• You are flexible regarding travel to the different company sites.
• You possess a technical, resilient, constructive, proactive, communicative, and structured personality.

Required skills

We are looking for an organized person, capable of multitasking with excellent interpersonal skills with both external and internal interlocutors.

Possessing an open mind, creativity, and dynamism, knowing how to take a step back and listen.

Languages

French, English is an asset.
