Your tasks Responsible for the conceptualization, construction, and operation of cloud platforms, especially SaaS including support with incident, change, and problem management Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external service providers as well as creation and maintenance of technical documentation Administration and configuration of: Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune / Endpoint Management, Exchange Online, Conditional Access, and security functions Technical support for external partners during the design, implementation, and migration phases Your profile Completed vocational training as an Informatiker/in EFZ supplemented with corresponding further education (e.g., HF in IT or comparable qualification) as well as several years of experience in the engineering and operation of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and knowledge of AWS.
