Strengthen our team in the Bern branch as Real Estate Manager 80-100% What you will do You will autonomously take charge of the management of a varied residential portfolio in the Bernese Oberland region. This includes move-in and move-out inspections during initial rentals as well as tenant changes, as well as ensuring flawless real estate maintenance. You are the interlocutor for tenants - in person as well as by telephone - and manage requests relating to lease agreements, contractual modifications and rent adjustments. You keep an eye on current rent policy and advise owners competently in setting rental prices. If necessary, you plan small renovation works and accompany larger renovation projects in close collaboration with the project management of the client management department. What you bring • * Several years of experience in the real estate sector • * Continuing education in real estate management with a federal certificate of competency • * Impeccable mastery of German, both spoken and written • * Solid knowledge in accounting and law (CO, CC, LP) • * Assured mastery of MS Office • * Competent, customer-oriented and solution-oriented working method • * Great social competence as well as good planning and organizational skills • * Commitment, motivation and identification with our values • What we offer At Zivag, you benefit from progressive working conditions and good social benefits.
