The Service de la petite enfance works every day in favor of the well-being and development of children from 0 to 4 years old. Within the crèche CielBleu, which welcomes 64 children in multi-age groups, we place discovery, fulfillment, and respect for the child's rhythm at the heart of our support.
You wish to join a committed multidisciplinary team and contribute to offering children an environment rich in experiences and discoveries.
In order to complete the team of Ateliers within the crèche CielBleu, the Service de la Petite Enfance offers you the following position:
Socio-educational Assistant at 50% (M/F) - Classe 8
At the heart of discovery workshops
Position over 4 days from 9:15 AM - 11:45 AM then from 2:45 PM - 4:45 PM (without taking charge of lunch)
OFF ON WEDNESDAY
Mission:
Actively participate in the organization, planning, and animation of Ateliers composed of awakening and educational activities adapted for each age group;
Participate in the management and organization of visits, outings, and exhibitions;
Within the framework of the Ateliers, ensure the welcome and supervision (care, outings, meals, etc.) of children from 12 months to 5 years, in accordance with the framework, values, and pedagogical project of the institution;
Participate with enthusiasm and commitment in the smooth running of the institution within a multidisciplinary team;
Promote the development of each child and know how to transmit observations made to the team;
Know and apply legal and regulatory procedures and requirements in terms of health, safety, and prevention;
Participate in institutional colloquiums in the evening and other events organized by the service and the Commune;
Create decoration supports in order to create a warm and family-like living space;
Participate in outings and be motivated to go out in all types of weather.
Your profile:
You hold a CFC as a Socio-educational Assistant (a specialization in early childhood is an asset);
You benefit from confirmed experience in the field of early childhood;
You hold a PBLS (Pediatric Basic Life Support) certificate less than 3 months old at the time of engagement;
You have an interest in multi-age reception;
You possess a great sense of creativity and are a source of proposals and animations;
You demonstrate a positive attitude towards various situations and attach importance to the valorization of children;
You are responsible, enthusiastic, and involved in team life; You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in order to be able to respond to the needs of the institution.
