Tasks

• You record customer data, create daily cards and update the customer base
• You accept empty containers and returns and check entries
• You look after the telephone switchboard as well as the information and brochure areas
• You process collection efficiently and perform the cash reconciliation correctly
• You greet our customers in a friendly manner and ensure a professional first impression
• You take on additional tasks regarding reception and service, where you are needed
• At the check-out, you scan the goods
• You handle complaints professionally and pass them on accordingly

Requirements

• Completed training in retail or the food industry (e.g., cook, baker, butcher)
• You work reliably, efficiently and have a well-groomed appearance
• You are proficient in using MS Office
• You approach people openly and enjoy customer contact
• You are resilient and remain friendly even in hectic moments
• You speak fluent German and enjoy working in a team
• It is an advantage if you have already completed forklift and/or pallet truck training (SUVA standard)
