Responsibilities

• You warmly welcome clients upon their arrival and during their departure, offering them attentive and personalized service.
• You professionally ensure the handling, parking, and return of clients' vehicles.
• You ensure the entrance and surroundings of the establishment are kept clean, orderly, and impeccably presented.
• You take charge of clients' luggage and ensure its transport and handling with the greatest care.
• You are available to assist the concierge team in various tasks and contribute to the smooth running of operations.
• You respond to specific client requests with reactivity, discretion, and courtesy.
• You inform clients about the services offered by the hotel as well as the main points of interest and establishments in the surroundings.
• You anticipate client needs in order to offer them an experience worthy of the standing of the Lausanne Palace.
• You contribute, through your attitude, your presentation, and your professionalism, to preserving the prestigious image of the Palace.

Profile sought

• You possess an excellent presentation and adopt an irreproachable attitude in all circumstances.
• You demonstrate a keen sense of detail, rigor, and dynamism on a daily basis.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a true team spirit.
• Ideally, you benefit from experience in luxury hospitality.
• You hold a valid driver's license in Switzerland and can demonstrate irreproachable driving.
• You are proficient in French and have a sufficient level of English to communicate with an international clientele.
• You know how to manage unforeseen events with calm, discretion, and professionalism.
• You are an elegant, discreet person, naturally service-oriented, with a true passion for the Palace universe.
