In order to strengthen our Continuing Education service at the Centre de formation des métiers de la construction in Echallens, we are looking for a

Machinist Trainer 80%-100%

Your main missions and tasks

Training and supervision

• Provide M1 to M7 machinist training and other training related to our catalogue (safety courses, aerial work platforms, forklifts, etc.)
• Ensure the animation of theoretical and practical courses. Supervise participants and guarantee a secure learning environment
• Evaluate the skills of participants and provide constructive feedback. Act as an expert during practical exams
• Guarantee the objectivity and compliance of evaluations
• Participate in the improvement of evaluation processes

Development of training

• Participate in the design of new training courses related to the needs of the sector

Maintenance of the machine fleet

• Ensure routine maintenance and the proper functioning of machines and equipment
• Identify needs for maintenance, repair, or renewal

Continuous improvement

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the service, notably within the framework of internal certification
• Be proactive with proposals for improvements facilitating internal and external work
• Propose continuous improvements to current procedures in the service
• Propose supports facilitating access to information for companies

External events – representations

• Represent the service in the context of external events related to continuing education
• Represent the service in the context of external events for the promotion of construction trades.

Your profile

• Indispensable licenses: M1 and M2 for at least 5 years (mandatory)
• M3 to M7 licenses, aerial work platform, forklift, crane or truck crane = a plus
• Solid professional experience in the construction field in Switzerland
• Knowledge of construction machine mechanics = a plus
• Proven experience as an adult trainer, in possession of the FSEA Certificate (otherwise: obligation to take it)
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft 360 suite
• Perfect mastery of French
• Dynamism, autonomy, team spirit, flexibility, sense of responsibility, reliability, rigor
• Service-oriented
