Specialist Sales Assistant Home & Living (f/m/d) Your new tasks • You are a sales talent and take the initiative with competent and service-oriented customer advice • You are a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the concerns and wishes of our customers • You inspire our customers with an appealing presentation of goods • You conduct goal-oriented sales conversations • If necessary, you help with arranging, decorating, and labeling the products • You support the adjacent areas in sales and at the cash desk What you bring with you • Experience in sales, preferably in the furnishing or lifestyle industry • Enjoyment of regular customer contact and professional and comprehensive advice • Flair for interior design, styling, and trends • Communicative, convincing, and friendly personality • Responsible and independent way of working • Readiness to be deployed flexibly at a workload of 40 – 60% • Completed vocational training in the retail sector • Experience in industries with strong customer orientation
