Welcome customers with professionalism and friendliness, ensure fast and high-quality service, contribute to customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and pleasant environment. Main responsibilities • Welcome, advise, and serve customers. • Take orders and ensure table service. • Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to procedures. • Process sales and manage the cash register. • Clear and clean tables. • Ensure the cleanliness of the room, the terrace, and the workspaces. • Restock display cases, equipment, and consumables. • Respect hygiene (HACCP) and food safety standards. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from sales and the laboratory. • Participate in the opening and closing of the establishment. • Report any anomaly or complaint to the manager. Rotating shifts, either opening (approximately 7h00-17h000 with 1h15 lunch break) or closing (approximately 8h00-18h30, 1h15 lunch break) 2 days off 5 weeks of vacation
