Job Description Case Manager (50-70%): As a Case Manager, you accompany surgical patients before, during, and after their hospital stay From anamnesis to follow-up calls, you provide advisory support to the patient You coordinate the cooperation between different service providers You organize appropriate follow-up solutions as required Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH (30-50%): You treat and care for patients during their hospital stay You assist in ensuring optimal and competent nursing care Medical-technical, administrative, and housekeeping activities are part of your area of responsibility You enjoy accompanying trainees.
