Tasks ##

• Ensure the cleanliness of your assigned floor with rigor.
• Support the co-management and take on daily responsibilities.
• Actively participate in the cleanliness of rooms and public areas.

Skills ##

• Diploma in hospitality or equivalent, with professional experience.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud and Samfex is an asset.
• Ability to communicate in German, flexibility required.

Here are your tasks

• You are responsible for the cleaning of the floor assigned to you
• You support the co-management of housekeeping and take daily responsibility if necessary
• You actively participate in the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas and can be deployed without problem in all services
• You are in close contact with different departments and help them if needed
• You are responsible for compliance with hygiene standards in your area
• You ensure the preservation of materials through appropriate use

Here is what we expect from you

• You hold a diploma as a specialist in hospitality EFZ or specialized employee in hospitality and housekeeping management EFZ
• You have already acquired professional experience in hospitality
• You preferably know Opera Cloud and Samfex
• You have a keen sense of cleanliness and high requirements regarding quality
• You are flexible and irregular shifts, including weekends, are natural to you
• You can express yourself well in German
