Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Participate in the execution of criminal proceedings by applying administrative criminal law. • Draft, primarily in German, draft final minutes, decisions, penal orders, indictments, and other procedural acts. • Analyze evidence, prepare hearings conducted in German, and record the content. • Provide support in the preparation and execution of coercive measures. • Depending on demonstrated skills and under professional supervision, conduct criminal proceedings largely autonomously, from planning to the drafting of the final decision, including the assessment of evidence. • Conduct research in the areas of administrative criminal law and the Federal Act on Gambling. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University studies in law (Master of Law -- MLaw) completed at the time of entry into service. • Marked interest in criminal prosecution. • Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. • Developed analytical skills and a sense of what is essential. • Methodical and efficient. • Good knowledge of a second official language. <br /> In a few words You have acquired solid knowledge during your studies.
