Specialist Practical Work Logistics (100%)

For its Operations Maintenance and Logistics department at the Biel/Bienne location the Centre social protestant Berne-Jura is looking for a: Specialist Practical Work Logistics (100%) ## Main tasks: • to guide, supervise and support a group of persons participating in a program for vocational or social reintegration for long-term unemployed persons and social assistance recipients (in German and in French), so that they can perform the tasks entrusted to them individually and taking into account their specific resources and competencies (mainly loading and unloading of goods, pickups and deliveries with commercial vehicles (with or without trailer), assembly and disassembly of furniture as well as storage and inventory management) • to plan and organize the work of these persons according to the goals set for each individual • to offer them individual guidance tailored to their respective situation • to prepare these persons for the exercise of an attainable employment in the primary labor market in the field of sales or logistics, taking into account their competencies as well as their development potential Requirements : • EFZ as a Logistician or equivalent training • Driving license category B (category BE an advantage) • Very good physical condition • Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics or in a comparable field • Ability and interest in passing on one's own professional competencies to persons who are in vocational or social reintegration • Leadership, an open ear, commitment and patience • Very good ability to plan, organize and coordinate the work to be carried out • Good knowledge of common computer programs • Good German and French skills Place of work: Biel/Bienne, Längfeldweg 135 Start of position: 1 December 2026 or by arrangement Interested?
