Concrete Machine Operator 100% ##

Responsibilities:

• Operating, monitoring, and controlling the modern concrete mixing plant
• Ensuring flawless concrete quality
• Planning and providing the raw materials
• Maintenance and cleaning work on the plant
• Rectifying minor malfunctions before they become major
• Cooperation with production, scheduling, and driving staff

Requirements:

• Experience as a concrete machine operator or in the building materials industry
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of machines
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Good German skills
• Team spirit and a cool head, even when things get hectic
• Readiness for shift work/Saturday assignments
