Security Employee (m/w/d) – Order Service & Object Protection (20 - 40%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and responsible personality for the order service and object protection in the healthcare sector in Thun, available by agreement. Your main tasks: • Ensuring security and order at the deployment location • Preventive presence as well as professional handling of conflict and exceptional situations • Support and protection of staff as well as ensuring respectful interaction with patients, relatives, and visitors • Conducting access controls and enforcing house rules • Conducting control and patrol tours in the interior and exterior areas • Processing alarm messages as well as reporting and documenting special incidents Your profile: • Completed vocational training or equivalent education • At least three years of experience in the security service • Impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal and debt enforcement register and no pending proceedings) • Swiss citizen or valid residence permit or C • Very good German language skills in word and writing as well as a good understanding of the Swiss dialect • High social competence and professional interaction with people in demanding situations • Ability to enforce as well as calm and composed demeanor even in conflict situations • Willingness to work irregular hours (day, night, and weekend shifts) • Good physical and mental resilience • Well-groomed appearance as well as reliable and responsible work approach We offer: • Workplace: Thun • A responsible and varied activity in the security service • A careful introduction to the deployment area • Employment conditions according to GAV as well as further training and development opportunities Are you interested?
