Revitalize In this role, you will inspire our customers in the Taste Gallery for the high-quality kitchen and laundry appliances from Electrolux and AEG, present the special features, advise on the selection of accessories, and ensure an inspiring environment through creative and seasonal design of the exhibition. Furthermore, you are responsible for the administrative management of the cooking courses (online) and thus contribute significantly to a first-class customer experience all around. Additionally, you will support events, undertake varied administrative tasks, and work closely with sales, Tech Center, and service centers –: you ensure that every visit to the Taste Gallery becomes unforgettable. Location: Volketswil Employment: Permanent Workload: 100% Working days: Tuesday to Saturday Tasks Inspiring customers: Advising our customers in the Taste Gallery (showroom) on the selection and application of high-quality kitchen and laundry appliances of the brands Electrolux and AEG. Presenting appliance highlights: As a Taste Gallery Consultant, you convince our customers with your technical expertise. You present the special features of our high-quality kitchen and laundry appliances and provide competent advice on questions regarding accessories and spare parts. With your specialist knowledge, you create trust and contribute to a first-class customer experience. Administrative coordination & process assurance: Carrying out all administrative work in connection with customer inquiries, statistics, and documentation, as well as ensuring internal processes such as inventory management. Working cross-functionally: Close cooperation with sales, Tech Center, specialist advice, and the service center for a smooth process. Managing the Taste Gallery: Creative design of the gallery with seasonal decoration, pastry and herb arrangements, to create an inviting customer experience. Supporting events: Assistance with specialist advisory assignments, menu printing, beverage orders, and organization of additional cleanings. You already have experience in customer contact and in advisory, preferably in the area of kitchen construction, kitchen planning, or household products. You enjoy interacting with people, you are open, sociable, and inspire with a positive radiance. You speak fluent German; good knowledge of French or English is an advantage. You are confident in using MS Office, and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
