The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, procurement and assets as well as IT services. Mission: Guarantee the quality, reliability and governance of procurement data in order to provide a solid basis for strategic decisions; Design and develop dashboards, performance indicators and analyses (spend, savings, forecasts) to support procurement steering; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automate processes through digital solutions (Power Automate, RPA, ERP D365); Fulfill the role of Key User for the Procurement module of the ERP by providing level 2 support and participating in tool developments and testing phases; Collaborate closely with the Procurement, IT, Finance and business teams in order to harmonize data, coordinate needs and guarantee the consistency of processes across the Group; Ensure the consistency and updating of the procurement documentary library, as well as prepare and coordinate internal and external audits by guaranteeing compliance, traceability and the availability of information. Profile: Bachelor in Management Information Systems, Business Economics or training deemed equivalent; Experience in a Procurement environment and/or in the creation of dashboards and reporting tools, an asset; Excellent mastery of Power BI, advanced Excel (Power Query), SQL, Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations and the Microsoft Office suite; Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, organizational skills and ease in collaborating with various interlocutors.
