Tasks ##

• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels.
• You assume daily responsibility in the day center.
• You participate in the adjustment and implementation of guest-friendly daily and weekly schedules and, in the absence of activation staff, carry out group activities such as painting, cooking, crafting, and memory training.
• You advise and accompany guests, residents, and their relatives during their stay and, if necessary, in crises.

Profile ##

• Empathic personality with a strong orientation towards people
• Enthusiasm for independent work, combined with team spirit, commitment, and joy in organizing everyday life with guests
• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, customer-oriented communicative skills, as well as good IT skills and knowledge of Easy DOK are an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, the ability for networked thinking, and high resilience
